1. General

This website is operated and managed by Larso Company (hereinafter: the "Company" or the "Site"). The use of the Site, including the purchase of products, is subject to the terms of the Terms and conditions and constitutes complete consent by the user to all the conditions contained therein. The bylaws are formulated in the male language for convenience only and relate to all genders. The Company reserves the right to update the Regulations at any time without notice. The binding text is as posted on the site at the time of use. In the event of a conflict between the terms and the content of the Site, the provisions of the Terms will prevail.

2. Use of the Site

Use of the Site is permitted for personal purposes only and in accordance with the provisions of any law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or make any commercial use of the Site's content without prior written consent from the Company. Any prohibited use would result in legal sanctions.

3. Site Information

The company makes efforts to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up to date, but there may be errors or inaccuracies. The product images on the site are for illustrative purposes only and there may be differences in the shade, size and other features of the actual product. A deviation of up to two percent in sizes would not be considered a defect.

4. Purchase Terms

In order to make a purchase, complete and correct personal details must be entered. The purchase is subject to approval by the credit card company and the company. The company reserves the right to cancel a purchase in any case of suspected illegal activity or a material error in the transaction details. Any purchase made on the site requires the user to confirm the terms and conditions by checking V on the order form. This confirmation constitutes full contractual agreement.

5. Prices, deliveries and trains

Prices on the site include VAT, but do not include shipping and assembly fees. Shipping fees will be paid directly to the carrier. Delivery to floors without an elevator involves an additional charge of 60 NIS per floor. Use of a crane or special equipment involves an additional charge. Delivery of chairs is charged at a cost of 45 NIS per chair, without assembly. A delivery canceled due to the customer's absence will be charged an additional 60% of the initial transportation fee. The carrier will contact the customer to coordinate delivery, and installation for an additional fee will be carried out by direct agreement with the carrier. Any additional price will be calculated in advance or displayed on the product page or in the order summary prior to payment.

6. Delivery and storage times

Standard delivery time is between 14 and 21 business days, excluding Fridays, holiday eves and holidays. Products that are not in stock or on special order will be delivered up to 60 business days. Delays due to force majeure, strikes or circumstances beyond the company's control will not be considered a breach of agreement. Products can be stored free of charge for 21 days. Beyond that, a storage fee of 40 NIS per day will apply.

7. Cancellation and return of products

A transaction may be canceled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. Cancellation will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product or the later of the disclosure document. Cancellation will be made in writing and accompanied by full order details. Senior citizens, new immigrants and people with disabilities are entitled to cancel within 4 months subject to presentation of appropriate documents. Return of a product will be made in its original packaging and at the customer's expense. Cancellation fees will be charged at a rate of 5% of the product price or 100 NIS - whichever is lower. Custom-made products cannot be canceled. In the event of a defect in the product - a full refund will be given.

8. Product Warranty

Products include a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not apply to damage from unreasonable use, natural wear and tear, or incorrect self-assembly. The product must be inspected immediately upon receipt and any defect must be reported within 48 hours with documentation. Custom-made products are subject to limited warranty under individual agreements.

9. Privacy and Information Security Policy

The company protects customer privacy in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law. The information will be used for ordering, customer service and marketing purposes with consent. The company operates with secure payment systems and does not store credit card information. The company is not responsible for damages resulting from a hack or malfunction in third-party systems.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property belong solely to the Company. The content of the website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without express written permission from the Company.

11. Limitation of Liability

The site is presented to the public as is (AS IS). The company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or the purchase of products. Liability is limited solely to what is written in the regulations and accompanying warranty documents.

12. Jurisdiction and Choice of Law

The applicable law is Israeli law only. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent court in the Haifa district only.

14. User Commitment

Placing an order on the site is conditional on your approval of the Terms and Conditions and Shipping Policy by checking an explicit box (V) on the payment page. This check constitutes binding legal approval of all terms and conditions of the Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Shipping Policy. Failure to check the box prevents the order from continuing.

15. Binding legal version

The regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but are addressed to all genders. The binding version is the one published on the website at the time of booking.
