Shipping and train conditions 🔧

All deliveries are made by external carriers and are separate from the company itself.
Payment for shipping and assembly is made directly to the carrier on the day of delivery – in cash or by other means as agreed in advance.
The company is not responsible for damage or delay resulting from the activities of an external carrier, including subcontractors, and recommends documenting the product upon receipt.
The customer may independently coordinate assembly services with the carrier - at an additional cost at the carrier's discretion.
Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure, strikes, holidays, stock shortages or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

🕒 Delivery times

Delivery of products from stock is carried out within 21 business days from the date of order and payment confirmation.
If the product is not in stock or is a special order or customized, the delivery time may take up to 60 business days.
The delivery time is approximate only and does not obligate the company to meet an exact date. A reasonable delay will not constitute a breach of contract.

📦 Distribution areas

We provide deliveries all over the country – from Metula to Eilat, subject to reasonable access to the truck and safe unloading capability.
In exceptional areas (villages, settlements, areas beyond the Green Line or areas without proper access), different delivery arrangements and an additional fee may be required.

💸 Shipping and assembly costs

Prices on the site include VAT but do not include shipping and assembly.
An additional 60 NIS for each floor without an elevator, starting from the first floor.
In the event that a crane or special equipment is needed, an additional cost will apply, which will be determined according to the location and requirements of the area.
Chair delivery – 45 NIS per chair (not including assembly).
A shipment that is canceled due to the customer's absence at the time of delivery - will be charged 60% for shipping costs, as a contribution to logistics costs.

❗ Changes, cancellations and delays

Any changes to order details or delivery requests will be accepted up to 3 business days before the delivery date, in writing only.
Cancellation of an order will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, and shipping or production costs may be charged if the order is personalized.
A customer who provides incorrect information (address, phone number, etc.) is responsible for any delay or failure in delivery.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the product or failure to comply with the assembly instructions.
Any claim regarding a defect or shortage in the product will be received within 48 hours of the date of delivery, accompanied by clear photos.
