1. General
This site is operated and managed by LARSO (hereinafter: "Company" or "Website"). The use of the Website, including the purchase of products, is subject to the Terms and Terms of Use and constitute a full agreement on the part of the user to all terms contained therein. The policy is worded in male language only for convenience and refers to all genders. The company reserves the right to update the bylaws at any time without notice. The binding wording is as published on the site at the time of use. In the event of a contradiction between the rules and the content of the site, the provisions of the bylaws will increase.
2. Using a website
The use of the Website is allowed for personal needs only and in accordance with the provisions of any law. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or make any commercial use of the site content without prior written consent. Each use is not allowed to cause legal sanctions.
3. Information on the site
The Company makes efforts to ensure that the information on the site is accurate and up -to -date, but there may be super errors or inaccuracies. The product images on the site are for illustration only and there may be differences in shade, size and other features of the actual product. A deviation of up to two percent in dimensions will not be considered a defect.
4. Purchase conditions
In order to make a purchase, complete and correct personal information must be entered. The purchase is conditional on the approval of the credit and company company. The company reserves the right to cancel a purchase in the event of a suspicion of illegal action or a substantive mistake in the transaction details.
5. Prices, deliveries and assemblies
Prices on the site include VAT, but do not include shipping and assembly fees. The shipping fee will be paid directly to the carrier. Delivery for floors without an elevator involves an additional fee of NIS 60 for each floor. With the customer for supply coordination, and an additional cost will be made according to direct consent with the carrier.
6. Delivery and Storage Product Storage
The standard supply time is between fourteen and twenty -one business days, and does not include Fridays, holiday evenings and holidays. Special order products will be provided up to forty business days. Delays due to supreme power, strikes or circumstances that are not under the control of the company will not be considered a breach of an agreement. You can store free products for twenty -one days. In addition to this period, there will be a storage cost of NIS forty every day.
7. Cancellation of transaction and returning products
You can cancel a transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. Cancellation will be done within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the product or the late discovery document. Cancellation will be done in writing and accompanied by full order details. In the case of a veteran citizen, a new immigrant or a person with disabilities, a cancellation will be given within four months, subject to the presentation of a suitable certificate. Returning the product will be done in its original packaging and customer account. Cancellation fees will be charged five percent of the product price or NIS 100, according to the lower. Personalized products cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation due to a product defect, a full refund will be given.
8. Warranty for products
The products sold on the site include one year warranty for production defects only. Warranty does not apply to damage as a result of unreasonable use, regular wear and tear, or unprofessional treatment. The product should be checked as soon as it is received and reported imperfections. Personalized products are subject to limited responsibility according to the written agreements with the customer.
9. Privacy Policy and Information Security
The company undertakes to maintain users in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law. The customer details will be used for processing, customer service, and marketing subject to the customer's consent. The company uses secure clearing services and does not retain credit information. The company is not responsible for loss of information due to burglary or fault in third party systems.
10. Copyright and intellectual property
All copyright and intellectual property on the site and its content are reserved for the Company only. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute or use the site content without pre -explicit and written approval.
11. Restriction of warranty
The site is presented to the public as it is. The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the Website or purchasing products from it. The product warranty is limited to these Bylaws and the warranty documents provided with the products.
12. Judgment and judgment authority
Any controversy regarding the use of the Website or purchase through which the Haifa District's competent courts will be found in the competent courts. The law applies to these policies and any use of the Website will only be the Israeli law.
