Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy – LARSO Furniture
The contents of this document are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but refer to all genders. Use of the site and placing an order constitute full agreement to the terms detailed in this document.
1. General
The LARSO.co.il website operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, and is committed to a transparent policy of cancellations, returns, and exchanges. We recommend that customers read this policy before placing an order.
2. Dimensional and color deviations
There may be deviations of up to 2% in dimensions due to the industrial production process. In addition, there may be differences between the actual product colors and the images on the website due to photography, screen and lighting conditions. These deviations are not considered a defect and do not constitute grounds for canceling a transaction.
3. Canceling a transaction before delivery
A transaction may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product or transaction details (whichever is later), subject to law. In such a case, the amount paid will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS – whichever is lower.
4. Canceling a transaction after delivery
- Wrong or damaged product: In the event of an error for which the company is responsible (wrong, damaged or non-compliant product), collection will be made at the company's expense and the customer will receive a full refund, including transportation costs.
- Cancellation at the customer's initiative: Cancellation of a transaction for a proper product will be possible provided the following conditions are met:
- Payment for the actual transportation performed
- Payment for collecting the product back
- Payment for assembly if performed
- Refund for the product only, minus associated costs
- Return the product when it is new, unused and in its original packaging.
5. Customized products
Furniture manufactured according to the customer's requirements (dimensions, color, finish or any other change) - cannot be canceled or returned, unless there is a proven material defect. The order constitutes consent to a customized order within the meaning of the law.
6. Refund and credit
Refunds will be made within 14 business days of the actual return of the product to the warehouse and its inspection. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
7. Warranty and transportation
The products are inspected before shipping. The company is not responsible for damage from misuse, improper assembly, or damage caused after delivery. Assembly and disassembly are performed by external suppliers, and the customer is responsible for proper coordination and execution.
8. Return or exchange process
- Returns/exchanges should only be made after coordination with customer service, along with an invoice.
- The product must be in good condition, new and in its original packaging.
- Independent or uncoordinated returns will not be processed.
9. Languages and Communication
Customer service is provided in the following languages: Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic and French, depending on availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company may update this policy at any time. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions, including those that may be updated in the future. The Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that does not result from a direct breach of a written obligation on the part of the Company.
