Delivery Terms and Supply - LARSO

At LARSO, we are committed to providing you with our quality furniture in a professional, safe and timely way. Below is the details of the supply and shipment policy:

1. Delivery times

• Inventory products - 14-21 business days.
• Custom products - 40-60 business days.
• Immediate supply products - up to 7 business days.
• Business days do not include Friday, Saturday, holidays and holiday evenings.
• Delays due to supreme power (war, closure, strikes) - extension up to 21 other business days.

2. Moving details

• Transportation in advance with customers by a qualified team.
• Addition to floors without an elevator: 60 NIS per floor 3 and above.
• Beyond the Green Line and remote areas - an additional NIS 150.
• In case of a crane need - the cost of the customer only.
• Payment for transport and assembly will be made directly to the carrier on delivery day.

3. Self -collection

• Self -collection is possible in advance only.
• Responsibility for the product in self -collection applies only to the customer.
• The order must be collected within 21 business days from the time of receipt.

4. General notes

• The product price does not include transport and assembly unless otherwise specified.
• In ordering a number of products - the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest supply time.
• Transportation of chairs: NIS 45 per chair, assembling the customer's responsibility.
• Failure to attend the delivery day will require a re -coordination and an additional payment of 60% of the first transportation fees.
